Mail.bg higher deferrals and delivery times
As of March 13, mail.bg deferral rates are back to normal, as well as bounce and average delivery times.

Sends to mail.bg are seeing higher deferral rates, leading to longer delivery times. We are working with Postmaster at mail.bg to resolve this issue.
